SiGa-Tech own jacks dedicated to bolted steel tanks assembly. Devices designed and produced by our company own permits given by the Bureau of Technical Inspection.
In bolted steel tanks assembly is carried out from the top to bottom which means that firstly roof is assembled, and then using jacks which are anchored to tank foundation - whole structure is lifted and sidewall sheets are added from ground level until the ring is complete. The ring is then raised with the jacks, and the next ring down is added. Operation is repeated until whole tank sidewall is complete. Then tank is lowered and anchored to the concrete foundation. After anchoring the tank lifting jacks system can be removed.
System consists of electrical drive, transmission, screw jacks with levelling supports and connection shafts.
