Digesters & process tanks

Steel bolted tanks sealed with special galvanizing mastic. SiGa-Tech offers wide range of steel bolted tanks with different coatings to suit highest storage requirements – epoxy coated or glass coated. Sheets protection layers are highly resistant to aggressive liquids and gases. Tanks can be also made of AISI304/AISI316 stainless steel. SiGa-Tech offers also hybrid tanks which are lately more popular. In those system gas zone is made of stainless steel but sludge zone is made of epoxy coated or glass coated mild steel.

In most cases tanks are insulated with mineral wool covered with trapezoidal, painted protection cover sheets.

Steel bolted tanks have many applications. They can be used as classical digesters, anaerobic reactors with membrane roof covers, sludge and storage tanks, post-fermentation tanks, potable water tanks etc.

Steel bolted tanks are supplied with complete equipment and fittings – manways, handrails, ladders, manholes, flanges, overflows, lightning masts etc.
