BIOGAS FLARE – TYPE 1s WITH HIDDEN FLAME

Biogas flare type 1s is a device where burning of biogas is realized by hidden flame, which means that flame is covered by chimney and can’t be visible from the outside of flare. In this type of biogas flare chimney plays the role of flame cover and burning chamber.

SiGa-Tech hidden flame flares are equipped with injector burners. Thanks to this solution biogas is initially mixed with air and preheated before the burning process.

Temperature of biogas burning in this type of flare does not exceed 950^oC.

Flare structure consists of following elements:

• biogas inlet pipe with fittings;
• support construction and burning chamber;
• gas distributor with injector burners.

All construction elements of biogas flare are made of stainless steel. Burner cover and injector end-piece made of heat resistant steel.

• ignition electrodes with transformer;
• UV probe;
• main electro-valve;
• main cut-off valve;
• pilot electro-valve;
• pilot flame arrester;
• main flame arrester;
• pressure switch with pressure gauge;
• flare support construction;
• local electrical box.
