Sulfax
Sulfax desulphurization station is a horizontal flow reactor with stable exchangeable bed with hydraulic gas distribution system. Hydrogen sulfide is absorbed by Sulfax 210 granulate – high porosity granulated material made by SiGa-Tech. Thanks to simultaneous air regeneration lifetime of bed is significantly prolonged. Air preparation system is located in technological boxes mounted on the reactor sidewall.
Thanks to mulistage safety system which setting ATEX zone around our Sulfax station is not necessary. Our system offers cost-efficient sulfur removal with very high efficiency. Lifespan of Sulfax 210 bed used for purification of biogas produced from typical municipal sludge is about 1-2 years.
