Bicarbox

System consists of biogas conditioning devices (humidity control and simultaneous regeneration by oxygen) and battery of filters filled with granulated desulphurizing material (mixture of bitumic activated and impregnated carbon).Hydrogen Sulfide is bonded at the activated bed surface and thanks to simultaneous regeneration absorber H₂S is oxidized to elemental sulfur through catalytic surface oxidation.

In this method also simultaneous reduction of siloxanes occurs with efficiency higher than 90%.

Bicarbox system is also capable of eliminating mercaptans, which can be achieved by impregnating filter bed with special chemical compounds.

Part of the system which is responsible for biogas conditioning is located in insulated container. Filters are made of stainless steel and insulated.
